Not in network? No Problem! (We can give you an itemized bill to help you submit a claim for reimbursement!)
All of our services and products are HSA / FSA eligible, and we also accept CareCredit.
Regardless of network status, we can always see clients on a private pay basis, and are happy to assist with any documentation needed for you to submit a claim for reimbursement.

Routine vision checks for glasses and/or contact lenses.
* Sometimes vision benefits for companies are contracted to and managed by a separate third-party vision provider network, most commonly VSP and EyeMed. Please refer to your plan details or contact your plan administrator directly to determine the specific name of the vision network affiliation your plan utilizes. We are in network with VSP & EyeMed
