When you are new to our office, we put in the effort to provide you with a positive and comforting experience. We focus on providing quality optical care, excellent customer service, and a relaxing environment to maintain a lasting patient relationship. We consider your first visit the start of a long-term relationship with you.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Eyes on Lakeland is committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels/reschedules without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please text us at (863) 250-5553 two business days prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please text our office by 1:00 p.m. on the preceding Thursday . If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $50 for the missed appointment. All reminder calls are documented in the patient’s electronic health record (EHR). If the patient’s phone is “out of service” or not receiving calls, the patient is still responsible for keeping the scheduled appointment. All patients will have no more than three (3) no show appointments and/or cancelled appointments. All patients who have three (3) no show appointments and/or cancellations will no longer be permitted to schedule appointments with Eyes on Lakeland.
